Find a career that will satisfy you personally and financially with the online career coaching program for young adults
As a young adult, you are searching for what you want to do when you grow up.
Many of you want to find a career that will be satisfying personally and financially, and eventually, you want to successfully land a job in that career.
“So what are you planning to do after school?” Well, the problem is that you don’t know what you’re really interested in doing yet. You’re not sure how someone is going to hire you, because you don’t know what you have to offer a potential employer.
You might have little to no idea what to do after school. Or you might have too many ideas and thoughts, and you don't know where to start. Either way, you probably have a rising sense of panic because you just know everyone else already has it all figured out, and you’re the only one struggling.
I know this feeling all too well. As a high school and college student, I had my favorite subjects and clubs, but I didn't know how my academic success would actually translate into a real job that paid me money. I was also convinced that I had absolutely nothing to offer anyone, because I had never had a full-time job before. I felt like the working world was too scary and abstract.
This is why I created Campfire.

As a working professional, I have helped many young adults build their confidence and acquire the tools to succeed in their professional life.
Through workshops, one-on-one coaching, and material review, I have been working with young adults from high school to post-graduate for more than a decade.
Don't wait until you need a job to start building your career.
Take time to explore careers and understand your own values. Otherwise, when the time comes to make career decisions, you won't know what you really want. You'll choose things for yourself depending on what other people believe is prestigious, high-paying, and successful, not something that feels right for you.
As a young adult, you are full of potential and talent and have so much to contribute. Unlock that potential through Campfire.
Learn career best practices and expert knowledge through Campfire exclusive video modules. Use our own in-house curriculum to explore topics like your own strengths and passions, how to network, ask for and conduct informational interviews, ace behavioral interviews, prepare job application materials, negotiate for salaries, and much more!
Work with me during our 60-minute virtual coaching sessions every two weeks! We will alternate 1-on-1 sessions with group coaching sessions with a cohort of other Campfire participants. Depending on your stage (high school, college, or post-graduate), we will use these sessions to address where you are at and the challenges of exploring careers, developing careers, and searching for a job.
Participate in live career events every two weeks including Q&As with me, workshops, and industry speakers from all walks of life. Deepen your knowledge of different jobs, fields, and countries, and practice how to ask informed questions.
I believe in the power of career exploration to change lives. I am dedicated to helping young adults learn how to navigate their own path in life with purpose and defining their own success and happiness.
During my decade plus experience in the US and Taiwan, I have worked with high school students, college students, and college graduates on all phases of the career process. I have received training in Cognitive Coaching from the Thinking Collaborative and in facilitating career development for young adults from the National Career Development Association (NCDA). I earned my bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Chicago and my master’s degree in public policy from Duke University. I am an NCDA Certified Career Services Provider.
