Don't be nervous about starting college - be prepared!
For the high school Class of 2025, the long-awaited mirage of higher education is actually solidifying on the horizon. Now that you're wrapping up senior year, it’s time to turn your attention to what you’re actually going to do in college.
🪂 As you might think, the best way to make the most of this huge investment in time and money that you’ve spent over a decade preparing for is not to simply parachute onto campus and hope for the best.
But there are a billion different things people decide to do with their time in college.
Could there actually be a proven way to do college well? Actually, yes.
📚 Researchers from the Gallup-Purdue Index (2014) found that the type of college that you attend (public or private, prestigious or not) tends to matter a lot less than the experiences you have while you’re there, when it comes to life outcomes like career and life satisfaction.
🪴 Career Camp 2025 covers how you can focus on those experiences and make the most of your four years.
